First of all there is an interview with the parents in which the reason for the consultation is defined and information is collected about the child’s personal background and the center’s operation is explained to the parents. Subsequently, a first evaluation is carried out and with the results of the evaluation a first intervention proposal is made, which can be modified once the intervention has begun.

Depending on the family’s request and the reason for the child’s intervention, the child will be with one or more of our professionals, always under the premise of the most efficient intervention possible.

We are constantly in contact with parents, not only the professional who directly attends your son or daughter, but all of us who are part of the team. We also meet with other professionals in the child’s environment such as pediatricians or teachers whenever parents request it.

In Equipo Psicopedagógico Segorbe we have all the professionals and resources necessary to fully address any disorder or difficulty that the child may present and all our interventions are based on empirical evidence.
